UK Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all UK mainland orders over £150.
All domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail with full tracking provided.
•    Standard Shipping Fee: £5 (for orders under £150)
•    Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 working days for order processing before dispatch.
•    Delivery Time: 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
•    Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends, public holidays, and Eid).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by high-volume periods, strikes, or severe weather.

International Shipping

We proudly offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and dimensions.
•    Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 14 working days from dispatch
•    Processing Time: 3–5 working days before dispatch
•    Carrier: Tracked international shipping via a trusted logistics partner
•    Exclusions: Weekends, national holidays, and Eid are not included in delivery timeframes
Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs procedures and local delivery services.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international customers:
•    Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total.
•    These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
•    We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information prior to placing your order.

Important Information

•    Ensure the shipping address provided is complete, accurate, and accessible. TRIIBE is not responsible for missed deliveries, redelivery arrangements, or inaccessible addresses.
•    If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, reshipping will incur additional charges.
•    Once a parcel is marked “delivered” by the carrier, TRIIBE is not liable for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. In such cases, please contact the courier directly.
•    Returned Parcels due to failed delivery or refusal may be subject to restocking and reshipping fees.
