                      An Item I want is sold out, will it be restocked?
                    
                  We produce in small batches to reduce waste. Popular items may be restocked—follow us on Instagram @bytriibe for updates.
Shipping And Delivery
                    
                    
                      What is your shipping policy for UK delivery?
                    
                  We offer free tracked shipping on all UK mainland orders over £150, sent via Royal Mail.
For orders under that amount, a flat shipping fee of £5 applies.  Once your order has been processed and dispatched, UK deliveries generally arrive within 3–5 working days.    
                    
                    
                      When will my order be shipped?
                    
                  As a small and hands-on team, we take great care in preparing each order ourselves to ensure everything meets our standards. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be packed and shipped.

                      I have not received my order yet?
                    
                  If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t been received, we recommend reaching out to the courier to file a claim.
Once your order has been handed over to the delivery service, Triibe is not liable for any lost, stolen, or undelivered items especially in cases of incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
                    
                    
                      Do You Ship Internationally?
                    
                  Yes, we offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Shipping fees and delivery timeframes vary based on location and order weight. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
                    
                    
                      How long will my order take to arrive?
                    
                  - UK Orders: Usually delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
 
- International Orders: Please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch. Processing time is 3–5 working days, excluding weekends, bank holidays, and Eid.
 
                    
                    
                      What happens if my parcel is delayed or not delivered?
                    
                  Delays due to weather, strikes, or customs may occasionally affect delivery times. If your parcel is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly.
TRIIBE is not liable for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once marked as delivered.

                      Can I return or exchange my order?
                    
                  All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items.This policy helps us maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards for our customers.

                  - Hygiene & Safety: We do not restock used or opened items.
 
- Clearance & Sale Items: Discounted pieces are final sale.

                      What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
                    
                  Please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your item by emailing care@bytriibe.com. Include;
- A description of the issue
 
- Clear photos of the damaged product, we’ll assess and, if eligible, issue a replacement or refund in line with our quality assurance process.
 
                    
                    
                      Will my item look exactly like the photos online?
                    
                  We aim to present each product accurately, but colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.
                    
                    
                      What if my address is incorrect or undeliverable?
                    
                  If your order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipment fees will apply.
